Agriculture appears as a listed service on most competing manpower websites, but almost none of them give it real depth — most treat it as one line among many industries. We built this page because agriculture workers deserve the same level of guidance construction workers get.

Active government channels

• Japan — Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) visa: a dedicated "Japan Cell" coordinates 96 sending organizations, 200+ Japanese-language training centers, and 60 Technical Training Centres for Japan-bound candidates, testing across sectors including agriculture and care work.
• South Korea — Employment Permit System (EPS) & seasonal worker programme: Bangladesh is negotiating MOUs with Korean local governments, and state-owned agency BOESL has already begun sending seasonal agricultural workers.
• Malaysia — palm-oil plantation MOU: Malaysia currently hosts roughly 1 million Bangladeshi workers, though only an estimated 10,000 are classified as skilled — plantation work is largely unskilled/semi-skilled. Note: Malaysia's recruitment channel has been suspended since May 31, 2024, pending diplomatic reopening — confirm current status before advising candidates on this route.
